Recordable Sound Chips. Create your own Talking Cards and Gifts by recording your own personal voice message or sound effects. This unique sound chip has two options for recording. Simply use the microphone or record directly into the chip using our special Programmer. The Sound Chip also has two options for audio playback. Choose between a simple push button or the greeting card slide switch.
