Wireless Remote Control Kit

A Wireless Remote Control Kit that can activate MP3 sounds remotely from a distance, by connecting to an MP3 Sound Module.  The kit contains a small Wireless Key Fob Transmitter and a Mini Receiver.

Please see the images and PDF User Guide below, which shows an example wiring diagram where the Receiver is connected to one of our MP3 Sound Modules, (bought separately). The Play Button on the Sound Module is replaced by the Yellow and White wires from the Receiver to enable wireless sound activation.

The MP3 Sound Module, (Part Code SM2-MP3-4MB), can store and play multiple sound files, with a total memory size of 4MB. Each time the play button is pressed, one sound file will play. The sound files will play in sequence, but not randomly.

Wireless Technology and Activation Range: 
This kit uses 433MHz Wireless Technology.
Indoor Range: 0 to 50 meters through standard walls and floors.
Outdoor Range, (Line of Sight): Up to 100 meters.

Batteries for Key Fob:
The Key Fob requires 2x CR2016 Button Cell Batteries, (which are included and replaceable). The battery compartment is located on the rear of the Key Fob.

Power Supply and Connection Methods:
The Receiver can be powered by a separate power supply or it can use the same power supply as the sound module, (see wiring diagram). The Receiver Operating Voltage is DC 3.7 Volts to 12 Volts.

Wires can be joined by soldering, splice connectors or terminal blocks, (bought separately). Remove batteries before you begin wiring and insulate all solder joints.
