How to Order

Web Site Shop
This web site is safe and secure.  We use SagePay and Lloyds TSB CardNet to process your Credit and Debit Card payments. We also accept payment via your personal PayPal account.

Ordering for a School or Local Authority 
If you would like to place an order on behalf of a School or Local Authority, but you do not have a Credit Card, simply Email your order to us using Please ensure your Purchase Order is printed on official headed paper with an authorised signature and include full delivery and invoice addresses. On receipt of your order, we will send the goods and our Invoice for payment. Please send a cheque for payment on receipt of the goods.

Same Day Despatch 
We aim to ship all orders received before 2pm on the same day. For orders being shipped within the UK you can choose either 1st Class Royal Mail for standard deliveries or DPD for a guaranteed next working day delivery, (extra charges will apply).  For orders being shipped to countries outside of the UK, please allow up to 14 working days depending customs clearance and on your exact location.

Christmas Shutdown 
Please note that our office and warehouse will be closed from 12 noon on Monday 23rd December 2019 through to and including Wednesday 1st January 2020. We return on Thursday 2nd of January 2020 and we will aim to clear all outstanding orders as soon as possible.

Promotional Products 
If you would like to produce a promotional product with a custom design, please contact us directly by email or phone. We would be pleased to provide you with a quotation based on your specific requirements.
