Social Media Mothers Day Competitions - Start Date 15th March 2022

The 'Record-a-Card' prize is one Record-a-Card for each winner on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.  Two winners will be chosen from each platform, (6 Record-a-Cards in total).

The 'Talking Heart' prize is one voice recordable Talking Heart for each winner on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.  Two winners will be chosen from each platform, (6 Talking Hearts in total).

NOTE:  Record-a-Card is a voice recordable Greeting Card with 40 seconds of recording time.  The Card is blank and plain white allowing you to decorate the front cover yourself and write your own message inside.  Your recorded voice message will play automatically as the card is opened.

NOTE: Talking Heart is a voice recordable Heart with 2 minutes of recording time. The Heart is made of plastic, purple in colour, and allows you to record your own personal voice message, music or sound effects. Your recorded voice message will play automatically as the Heart is pressed.

This prize draw excludes all employees of Talking Products Ltd, their families or anyone else connected with this prize draw. Talking Products Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

No payment is required to enter the prize draw.

Entries must be made by retweeting the Tweet and following Talking Products Ltd on Twitter @TalkingPro and on Instagram talking_products or by sharing the post on Facebook and liking Talking Products Ltd on Facebook. Entries received after the stipulated closing time will be invalid and will not be included in the prize draw.

All entries must be in by 12pm on Wednesday 23rd March 2022.

For the 'Record-a-Card' competition, after 12pm on Wednesday 23rd March 2022, we will pick two winners at random from all entries on Twitter and two winners at random from all entries on Facebook and two winners from all entries on Instagram, and notify them on social media. In the event that the winner fails to respond to confirm its acceptance of the prize within a reasonable period of time, Talking Products Ltd reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to select an alternative winner from the prize draw.

For the 'Talking Heart' competition, after 12pm on Wednesday 23rd March 2022, we will pick two winners at random from all entries on Twitter and two winners at random from all entries on Facebook and two winners from all entries on Instagram, and notify them on social media. In the event that the winner fails to respond to confirm its acceptance of the prize within a reasonable period of time, Talking Products Ltd reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to select an alternative winner from the prize draw.

Talking Products Ltd reserves the right to request valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the winner prior to the prize being distributed. Talking Products Ltd will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the specified prize.

Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered in any circumstances and the prize is not transferable for any alternative benefit.

Talking Products Ltd accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the prize.

The decision of the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Talking Products Ltd reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the prize draw subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

As a winner, you will release Talking Products Ltd and its partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with the prize draw or the use or acceptance of the Prize or any portion thereof save where due to the negligence of Talking Products Ltd or its partners and employees.

Entries made by anyone found to be using multiple Twitter accounts for the purposes of entering the prize draw shall be ineligible.

This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook.

As a participant and/or winner, you will fully release Twitter, Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this prize draw or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof whatsoever.
